Speaking during the event, Arthur Ondago, Operations Director at Loreal East Africa revealed that the students don’t work for free, but they get paid for the services rendered to the 100 Year old company. He further divulged that they are the number one cosmetics company in the world, with over 85,000 employees, 517 patents and making over six billion euros in profits.

The 14th African International Business Management Conference (AIBUMA) was held on October 26-27, 2023, during the 6th Annual UoN Research Week.
